NZNO Tōpūtanga Tapuhi Kaitiaki o Aotearoa is the nursing union in Aotearoa, NZ. Our members include nurses, midwives, students, kaimahi hauora, health care workers and allied health professionals.

NZNO Tōpūtanga Tapuhi Kaitiaki o Aotearoa is a strong supporter of the Living Wage Movement in Aotearoa New Zealand. We believe that all people should have enough income to live a decent life. Many of our members are affected by low incomes and many also work with families in poverty. Supporting a Living Wage and improving the lives of New Zealanders working in nursing is “core business” for us, so taking a leadership role as a member of the Principal Partner Council is a natural step for us that is consistent with our values.
