You can be part of a local Living Wage network that encourages and promotes a Living Wage, develops the capacity of local leaders to build a powerful voice for change in their organisation, and takes action to transform the lives of workers in government and businesses across NZ. Networks are currently alive and well in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. See the events section of this website to learn more about participating in local networks.
Local Living Wage Boards bring together Member organisations to make decisions about the strategic direction of local campaigns. They comprise up to eight representatives from the three streams of membership: faith-based religious groups, union groups, and community/secular groups. They are formally elected within a month of the AGM for a period of three years.
