E tū Incorporated (E tu)

As a private sector union, we have witnessed the devastating impact of in-work poverty on the lives of our members and their families. We also know it matters, as an employer, to ensure all our staff and contracted workers, like the cleaners in our buildings around the country, are paid no less than is required to survive and participate in society. We have heard the stories of transformation when wages are sufficient for workers and their families to live a decent life. As a union and an employer, we want to stand proud as a principal partner, encouraging government, employers and all New Zealanders to get behind the Living Wage.
